How do I access Energy Saver to change the screen sleep time?

I’m using Big Sur on my MacBook Pro and the screen keeps going to sleep within 4-5 minutes of none use. This is very frustrating when mirroring videos or sports. How do I access Energy Saver to change the time of none use before the screen goes black and locks. Thanks,

MacBook Pro

Click the Apple in the left-hand corner of the screen goto System Preferences > Battery you are able to control the time that the computer turns off the screen and goes to sleep for both when on power or when on battery.
