I have a series 1 Apple Watch and I haven’t charged it in a few months, when I did charge it I tried to re pair it to my iPhone XR and this popped up every time I tried to click try again it wouldn’t work and my iPhone is connected to wifi and yes I’ve restarted both devices and it continued to do this please help I watched millions of videos same problem no solution ...
Try turning off both watch and phone, then turn back on. Also make sure, they are both connected to a charger, and in close proximity of each and a reliable WiFi connected via iPhone.
I did that and I force reset my watch and I reset my network and nothing worked literally for hours
