I'm trying to restore my iPhone backup, but when I put the password it says that the password is incorrect! how can I get a new password to restore my phone?

Is this is an iTunes encrypted backup password? Because there is no way to reset an iTunes encrypted backup password. You can guess indefinitely as it won’t stop allowing guesses.
But if you use a Mac then also check Keychain as the normal processing when first creating an encrypted backup would be to prompt if you want to store the password in Keychain.
