My phone is set to silent on the side showing red. It still rings even though i set it to silent. I have the iphone 11. I don't understand why it still rings out-loud sometimes like after someone calls three times the third time will ring out-loud. Fix this issue please. Thnx

If the phone is ringing when someone dials 3 times, that setting is in Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings>Do Not Disturb>turn off Repeated Calls, and if necessary, Allow Calls From, and make sure it is set to No One.
