What can I do to get the hackers and viruses out of my phone and Apple ID
The IP address has nothing to do with your Apple ID. Just change your Apple ID password if you can. If not, create a new account and sign out of your Apple ID devices AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Don't jailbreak your iPhone anymore, make sure you have a strong password for your Apple ID and the same for your passcode on your iPhone and don't loan your phone to anyone.

My Apple ID and phone had been hacked. I factory reset my phone made a new Apple ID but I’m still using the same phone number do you think that’s going to cause a problem still it seems to be
