Facetime
My FaceTime is not working and I don’t know how to fix it. I tried resetting my phone and all the other things apple suggested, but literally nothing will allow my phone to connect to a call.

So we understand you aren't able to use FaceTime on your phone, and have tried a few things that haven't worked.
Did you see the "Related Article" Link from Apple Support, above your Question on the top left of this page ?
Following that link "If you can't make a face-time call" may help you trouble-shoot.
If that hasn't worked for you, there is a "Get Support" link from Apple on the top right.
Hope you will soon be enjoying "FaceTime" again,
