Boot up problem

My 2019 iMac does not boot up. Apple logo on black screen only. What is the problem? How do I fix?

Please attempt to reset the NVRAM and also start in Safe Mode. If neither work, you need to call AppleCare to arrange taking it into your local AASP. Instructions for each are in the links below:
