Apple Watch series 5 Battery draining

I have updated my Watch series 5 to latest version 7.3.2. After this update watch battery is draining so fast that never happened before. My watch is mostly on stand by when I am was home and still it's battery is draining very quickly. I have already tried unpair and pair my watch and also off my always wake screen option and background app refresh but no luck.

In Past , If I am not using my watch still battery left more than 70 percent but now a days battery is completely finished in the evening itself.

Does anyone facing the same issue after the software update?
