After my IOS update, am still unable to make calls, what’s really the issue here please help?

I can neither call out nor can people call me sir.. All I see is no Service.. Am just able to get to you because am using a WiFi that’s why I can get your replies Sir/ma... Please any necessary corrections that can be made would be welcomed. Thank you
