My Mac OS High Sierra is on version 10.13.6.

Turbo Tax states I need 10.14 or later. Not able to upgrade. Is there something I'm missing? I checked or updates and do not see 10.14 an options?

If you have a 2012 or later Mac…

Open in Safari: macOS Mojave 10.14

If not you can't upgrade.

Is your Mac 2011 and older? If yes, it doesn't support Mojave and newer OS's.

Since the developer of the app you need is offering support only for those newer OS's, you'll have to go for a bit older version of the app, stick to the version you have or you'll need to get newer Mac.
