Concerns about Apple Subscription Payment

Hi team, my name is Hang from Vietnam. I clicked to subscribe an apple service of Virtual Club Music which costs 469.000 VND by accident. Then I cancelled that subscription, but now Apple keeps declining my other services bcs of I do not pay that 469.000 yet.

Please help me because I did not use that service.
