When will I be allow to fully remove the totally useless App Library from my iPhone?

It's definitely useless. Sadly, Apple are too arrogant to change it unless people make enough of a fuss about it in public forums like this one. Keep up the good fight but don't count on them responding to user needs any time soon.
As a user I appreciate other users sharing their irritation at this horrible feature in this forum.
