Restrictions

I’ve got a new iPhone 12. When I try to open Tips or News it says I need to turn off restrictions. I don’t have any restrictions on. How do I fix this?

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Set this to OFF.
