How can I get my deleted text messages from my iPhone

If you are using iCloud Messages, you cannot. If you are not, if you have a backup of the iPhone when the message was on the iPhone, you can restore to that backup to restore the message. If you have made a backup of the iPhone since you deleted the text message, you will not be able to restore them.
