How do I free up iPhone storage

How do I free up space and please do not tell me to delete unused apps because I need all my apps that’s download I even offloaded my apps , and that still haven’t worked , also I Only have 74 pictures !!!!! I can’t deal with this anymore . And iam not buying a new phone just for storage this is a hot mess
