I am currently running 14.4.1 on my iphone. I get notifications occasionally on my phone but not all the time. I have done all of the checks and have even changed my notification sound but with no luck. Is there a fix for this?

I wear my watch all the time so I will see if this is what is going on, however, I don't believe I am getting my notifications on either one. Thanks, I will keep an eye on my watch to see if this is my answer.
If you're not getting notifications on your watch, you need to make sure you've set up notification on your watch. The link I provided gives you directions on how to do that. Personally, I use Haptic Tap to be notified on my watch. I may miss a sound, but I never miss a tap on my wrist and you can control the intensity of the tap.
I'm not sure why you edited what your wrote, but I got an email notification. When you say turning off Bluetooth helps, it makes me wonder if you have any Bluetooth devices connected which are powered on and near your phone?
Sorry. I was trying to send the message to Apple directly. Yes I have Bluetooth devices near at times but none are being used. I have changed nothing but this issue just started over the past 2-3 weeks. It occurs when I’m in my house or out when there are no Bluetooth devices of mine around.
