Yes you can find a different iPhone with your iPhone:

• if both use the same Apple ID, as this should be visible to you on the Find my App > Devices at the bottom;
• if helping someone, there is an option on the Find my App > bottom right "Me" > scroll down for "Help a Friend".

The easiest way is to use icloud.com and login for the Find my only feature, as this doesn't require other verification steps such as text message. Just bear in mind that tracking only works if the find my was activated on the device.
