What type of charging cable to charge AirPod Pro case?

The light night side goes in the case. No charging block was provided though for the USB-C end. Of course the usb-c is unique and I also am having a hard time finding a block

Indeed the Lightning end of that cable fits the AirPods Pro case that was provided in the factory sealed box.

The recourse is up to you. Perhaps you might use Amazon’s resources for an exchange or refund. Perhaps you might simply purchase the appropriate cable. Or something else ...

Could be just a little force is required as my AirPods Pro case has a snug but good connection to the lightning end of my cable. Double check the cable you have is the lightning connector though. I can’t imagine a genuine AirPods Pro product doesn’t contain a USBC to lightning cable though. You can purchase one from Apple if required. I find the 2 metre version is handier as it gives me more room to manoeuvre my devices on my table.

My new AirPods Pro came with a charging cord that doesn’t fit the AirPods. Why would that happen and what do I do now? Came as a gift through Amazon.

Unfortunately, the cable that was included does not fit into the AirPods hole.

was it used already or made by a deferent company?

It was brand new from Amazon, sealed.
