Target Heart Rate

Can you change the target heart rate as mine is low while exercising and the watch does not recognise it as such

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 7

You can set the heart rate notifications under Settings > Heart, but I dont think that affects the target for exercising.

However, there is also the Reset Fitness Calibration Data option you may want to try:
