Short battery life

I have iPhone six plus that goes from full charge to 20 % in less than three hours

Go to Settings>Battery. What does it say next to Battery Health? If it's less than 80%, you need a new battery. Even if it's above 80%, you may want to see if Apple will run a remote diagnostic on it for you.
