I received many notifications on my calendar from yesterday till now asked me to protect my phone and I have to download security application from App Store and I do not know what actually I can do for this issue.
this first time to get this issue so please advise.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
