All Apple accessories carry Apple's standard, free, 1-year, limited AppleCare warranty.
Now IF you purchased a new iPad and compatible Pencil, and other compatible Apple branded accessories AND also purchased extended, two-year AppleCare+, all at the same time of purchase, then the accessory items also, get the extended, two year warranty, as well.
If you didn't do this, the any separate purchased Apple accessory items ONLY get the standard, free, 1-year, limited AppleCare warranty.
