Numbers 10.3.9 Date
Why is the Date/Time option grayed out under Insert in Numbers 10.3.9 (and how do I make it an option that I can select)?

Have you selected the cell (one click) AND placed the insertion point in the cell (second click) into which you want to insert the D&T value?
