Can Mac Mini M1 drive three monitors with two usb-c to hdmi and one hdmi itself

It is stated on the info of the apple site that

For Mac mini with Apple M1 chip, you can connect one external display up to 6K using a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port, and one external display up to 4K using the HDMI 2.0 port.

Is there a way to connect three monitors with two usb-c -> hdmi cables and one regular hdmi cable.

I have seen this but it is out of stock
