Apple Music does not download onto new iphone 12

I have a new iphone 12, everything I had uploaded myself has been synced but everything coming from Apple Music just refuses to sync. On itunes it keeps saying "making library available and then error, try again

You might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.
