Cannot See iTunes Library in Apple Music

Basically, I am trying to copy all my Apple iTunes music files to my Samsung S10 Phone. I am to believe I need Apple Music to do this. So I have installed Apple Music on my Windows 10 PC and on my Android Phone

iTunes has the iCloud Music Library box ticked

Why cannot I see my iTunes library in Apple Music on my PC or Android phone?

BTW I am using an iPod to listen to my Apple music
