How can I delete that account and make other one on settings

The information in this support article should help you create a new Apple ID: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204316

You should be able to delete your old account when you visit iCloud.com and log in.

All data associated with your old Apple ID will be lost including purchases etc.
