Mobile data not working for some apps

hey , I have a problem in some apps when I make enable to cellular data it disable immediately once I close the setting and open the app , I reset network setting and restart mobile several times and I removed el SIM card and still not working my iPhone version IOS 13.3.1, what can I do to solve this problem ??

  • Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
  • If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management? Then either delete the profile or please contact the system administrator of your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management.
