Trying to change my Country/region but have a $0.35 balance

Hi there,

I am trying to change my region but it won't allow me as I have a small balance that I have to spend first but nothing costs $0.35. Any suggestions on how to get around that issue?

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
