A brand new apple TV HD will not load netflix. Spent 40 minutes with Netflix CS with not solution. all other apps load successfully.

Please verify if a newer version of the system software (tvOS) is available, i.e. newer than what was installed in the factory. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support

The current version is tvOS 14.4.
