iPad magic keyboard not scrolling with two fingers on trackpad

My trackpad only works when flicking with two fingers (fingers have to leave trackpad), does not work when two fingers are on the trackpad like a MacBook. Only if click empty space with two fingers, then it works. But doesn’t after normal clicking something.
