Hello there

i have an issue in the Facetime i can make or receive any call and also i can’t activate it.

your support will be appreciated

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

Ok friend

but i have another question as you know the have an eSIM which is LTE only using for data and the usual SIM for calling and I use theme in my iPhone in the same time my question is to activate the facetime on eSIM or on SIM ?
