Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Don't know passcode. Device is not synced. Device is not connected to internet. How do I access or erase this Ipad?

My Ipad is disabled because I don't know the passcode. It's not synced with another device, and it is not connected to wifi. I can't find any way to reset, unlock, or erase this device.


I can see the Ipad when I sign in to icloud.com/find, but I can't erase it because it will never be connected to wifi.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to use a computer to erase the device. Take a look at this.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
