Freeing up storage

I have offloaded all of the apps and it still says I do not have enough storage. Nothing is stored on this device. It won’t let me run the update. It won’t let me reinstall the one app that needs to be on this device.

Be sure to restart the device after deletions. The only way to gain space is by deleting apps, photos, messages, etc.. Be sure to save important photos and data to your computer or external drive. Check this link...
