what if change my screen time password doesn’t show up

That means that either it was created when you were logged in with a different Apple ID or it is a holdover from the Restrictions password in much earlier versions of iOS. If the procedure in the link at the top of this page doesn’t work (and you have followed it carefully) the only option is to restore the phone to factory settings and do not restore your backup, as it contains the Screen Time passcode→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
