Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We understand you were recently added to a family group but you're unable to access the Apple Music Family subscription. Let's see how we can help.


First, you'll want to have the family organizer ensure they've followed these steps to share the subscription: Share subscriptions and iCloud storage with family members on iPhone


This article will also provide additional troubleshooting: If you don't see your family's shared content 


If the issue remains after those steps, let us know exactly what happens when you attempt to open the Music app and utilize it.
