Apple ID

I received a message that my Apple ID is being used for iMessage and Facetime on a new phone. I looked up the devices that are using my Apple ID and they are all mine. I changed my Apple ID password. Do I need to do anything else for security purposes?

Changing your password should be enough for now.

I haven't just set up my phone or a new iPad? Could someone being hacking my phone or computer? I have received the notice Your Apple ID is now being used for iMessage and FaceTime on a new iPad. I don't have a new iPad. It also said this was being used on my MacBook Pro and my iPad.
