MacBook Air 2020 Keyboard and Trackpad replacement is the entire lower case replacement. With Apple Care+, the cost is $299. If you do not have the Appel Care+ coverage then please call or contact ➔ Apple Support and ask for the cost. More than likely, Apple will want to inspect the machine and damage before quoting.
Question - Did your MacBook Air suffer damage OR do you have defective Keyboard / Trackpad? If it suffered damage then my response above, fits. If it is defective then you may be covered under the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty.
