Fitness accuracy

Anyone else having issues with the fitness app being inaccurate? I have hike I do every day. Exact same route. Distance travelled can vary by about .25-.45 of a mile (for a 6 mile hike). Today I did a 2 hour 28 minute hike. The hike shows the workout was that long but when I look on the summary it shows 88 minutes.

Yes the Total Time displayed can easily be shorter, if there are pauses and/or less intensity than what the workout type calls for. Also, if your Apple Watch is worn too loosely, it can believe that it has been removed, causing activity to not be tracked. If you would prefer to receive Exercise credit for the full duration of workouts, regardless of their estimated intensity levels, then track them via the Workout app using "Other" as the activity type.
