Hi, if we can scribble with the apple pen, can we type normally?

Not sure I can understand your question.

If your iPad supports Scribble, see compatibility and how to use it in this support page:--> Enter text with Scribble on iPad - Apple Support , or you can turn Scribble off in Settings>Apple Pencil, and you can save your handwriting (not converted to text).

If you mean something different, please better specify your needs.
