Emails not coming into Mail from provider

This is since yesterday 4 March 2021 only. My provider 'Farmside' say the settings are correct however my emails under that account are not coming in. They've told me that Apple has made some updates. Anyone know anything about this or how to solve it? The OS is High Sierra, that's the most recent system my computer can take.

In Mail's Window Menu, choose Connection Doctor, any red dots for status, if so what is the exact message?

 

Then click the Show Details button & Check again.
