How do I remove the red underlining spell check? 2021 Mac OS 11.2.1 Big Sur

I tried going into

Settings > Keyboard > Text > Uncheck "Correct Spelling Automatically"

That one doesn't work for me at least.

Anyone have any ideas?

Mac mini, macOS 11.2
