Why apple cancels my order even after it’s approved by bank

This is Apple Support Community forum, for a user to user interaction for information & idea sharing between users, if need be, extend support on technical knowhow in handling Apple products from a more experienced fellow user, This is not the right forum to discuss with Apple Inc.
Ok thank you. But could you please share the right forum or email address where I can report this issue ? This has happened after the amount getting deducted from my account and now I have to wait and follow to get my money back. If the payment was accepted I'm not sure why the order gets cancelled. This has happened twice now.
