Hello! I want to buy iCloud storage. I can't change the country in Billing Address. I'm from Paraguay, but it only gives me the option for USA

Is your country (not just region) set to Paraguay?

Yes I know the billing has to be in US dollars, that's not a problem.

The problem is the Billing Address information, it only gives me the option to add an US address.

There is no option for another country, such as Paraguay.

For certain countries the billing is done in US$.
