Keynote will not update. What do I do?

Try deleting Keynote to remove support files that need to be updated:
(use the Launchpad to delete - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202235)
then re-instal Keynote from the App Store Application.

As of todays date, 3 March 2021, Keynote 10.3.9 in the most up to date version for Keynote, there is no update available:
This is helpful to know. Thanks. I can open Keynote on my own. But when trying to open Keynote docs that have been sent to me for editing, I can download them, but when I try to open them, I'm told I need to update the app. So I go to the App store to update and it won't.
What version of Keynote is installed?
I can't get Keynote to update.
