four digit pass code on iphone 7 plus frozen on apple. need answer please

Iphone is frozen on apple . plus i have a four number passcode so i cant do anything with itunes cause i cant unlock it. Im just lost without my phone. plus i brought a iphone 8 plus from consumer cellucar

until my bill kept going up . i got this in november i paid for it in full but they wont unlock it. so mean while i got a trac fone for a back up but i cant get use to using phones. Ok i burnt out i be checking back in the morning. THANKS EVERYONE .
