Reminders subtask in 3rd party app

How do I get Reminders subtasks to sync with a third party app. This is an annoying limitation.

Ask the third-party developer. They would need to make that possible.

Unable to Create iPad Reminders Subtask I just found about Reminders subtasks as shown on: https://support.apple.com/guide/ipad/set-reminders-ipad99e6cfa7/13.0/ipados/13.0 When I attempted to create a subtask on my iPad Air 2 (iPadOS 13.7), I don’t see the the subtask option when I create a new reminder. And I am unable to drag and drop one reminder on another one. i did see the blurb about needing to upgrade iCloud reminders, but I don’t use iCloud. Does this mean that subtasks are only available if I use iCloud?

Reminders do not show up in the Apple Calendar App I cannot, for the life of me, get reminders to show up in the Calendars app on my iPad or iphone. I have verified that reminders are synced to icloud. In the Calendars 5 application I see the reminders on the calendar so I know it's not an issue syncing to the devices. Anyone have any suggestions? I would like to use the stock calendar app, but if I can't get reminders to show I will have to stick with a third party one.

iCloud Reminders Not Background Syncing Between iOS and macOS I sync my Reminders app via iCloud between iOS and macOS. On macOS, the reminder notifications are always outdated (compared to what they are on iOS) and don't sync unless I open the Reminders app for 3 - 5 minutes. Is this a bug or a feature? I thought I should be able to sync the Reminders app via background refresh without opening the app on macOS.
