I could be wrong.. but according to Apple's documentation, if you use the usb c cable that came with your iPhone and connect it to the 30 watt usb c MacBook charger.. It will fast charge

yes, you could use a 60 watt charger if you wanted.. the iPhone will only draw what it needs
