Hello I have a question. charging works without problems on my iphone 7 red, there is no problem with that. but once I plug in the headphones, the phone practically does not notice them and plays only the speaker. Does anyone know what to do with it?
seems like a problem with either contacts of headphones or in iphone.
is it the same with another headphones? if so, than it's a phone, try to clean charging port, if not - problem is with headphones

nope, there's no "charging mode", wires for charging and hphones are different.
before buying, try to borrow another headset from friend, just to make sure problem is not somewhere deeper in iphone :-)

yes, problem might also be there, so you should check with another headphones with lightening connector.
have you tried to clean 3.5 jack too? and lightening end of an adaptor?
yes, I've cleaned everything :D so I'm going to go buy new headphones and hopefully they'll work. I was more worried if it was possible that the phone was stuck in charging mode and therefore not answering the headphones now.
I have already cleaned the charging port and nothing has happened but do you think there might be a problem inI'm enjoying a reduction to a 3.5mm jack?
as I say I use reduction so I only tried to plug other headphones into it but if it is possible that there is a reduction error
