How can I update my Apple Watch Series 3?
How can I update my Apple 3 watch? It says I have no room.

Thank you for the advice fireyjack that did the job. Quite by accident I had to shut down the pairing for another reason, the screen went black and I could only see the time in small letters and only then when I held in the button on the side. After that the the update disappeared and the watch is working fine.
